Returns & Exchanges

At Label Ramtex, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase, offering a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Label Ramtex packaging, ensuring the invoice and the Return Authorization form are included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
