Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping may take 10-15 business days depending on your location.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to our courier partner's portal.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in their original condition with tags intact. Please note that customized orders or items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for returns.
How do I ensure I select the correct size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it against our chart, as fits may vary between slim, regular, and oversized collections.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Label Ramtex accepts all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. however, due to different screen calibrations and studio lighting, slight variations in shade may occur.
